MGR Internal Grooving Boring

MGR Internal Grooving Boring Tool is designed for high-precision internal grooving, boring, and profiling in small-diameter bores. Manufactured from micro-grain carbide, it offers excellent rigidity, wear resistance, and stable cutting performance. Sharp cutting geometry and optimized chip control ensure reliable machining of stainless steel, alloy steel, titanium alloys, and non-ferrous metals. Its compact shank minimizes vibration and maintains dimensional accuracy. OEM/ODM customization is available for groove width, cutting radius, shank size, and coatings such as TiAlN, AlTiN, and DLC to enhance tool life and heat resistance.
