MIR internal threading boring tool

MIR Internal Threading Boring Tool is designed for high-precision internal threading in small to medium bores. Made from ultra-fine carbide, it provides excellent rigidity, stable cutting performance, and long tool life. MIR threading geometry ensures accurate thread profiles, smooth cutting, and efficient chip evacuation across materials such as stainless steel, alloy steel, titanium, and non-ferrous metals. Its compact design minimizes vibration and maintains pitch accuracy in deep or narrow features. OEM/ODM customization is available for thread form, shank size, tool length, cutting geometry, and coatings including TiAlN, AlTiN, and DLC.
